Chef Alice Jegede, 1926 – 2024, fed Nigerians at her restaurant in Benin City, Edo state for over thirty years. Her cooking was a taste above the rest, with 99% repeat customers. mama Alice loves to cook anywhere, at any time or at any corporate event, including parties sponsored by the defunct Bendel State Marketing Board many years ago.
